Bindi Mehta is an Usui Ryoho Reiki Okuden (Level II) practitioner. Her Reiki journey started only in Jan 2020, when she felt a strong calling during a Pranayam class. Her class mentor decided to try a Reiki meditation and Bindi’s hands started to throb and heat up. She felt such a strong connection that she decided to pursue her spiritual journey without delay.
Outside of her spiritual side, Bindi works in the media as a producer and writer. An overload of corporate life led her to explore options for psychological peace and purpose. She had strongly felt a need to heal herself and when she found a great amount of healing in Hypnotherapy. She now wants to use both the modalities of Hypnotherapy (Level 1) and Reiki (Level II) to help others. She will finish her higher levels in both modalities later this year after working on others and understanding them through practice and servitude.
